The Woman’s Club of Albany, Washington Park Conservancy and the City of Albany Department of General Services have teamed up for another Washington Park Spring Clean Up Day and we need your help! We’ll meet at the Madison Ave/New Scotland Ave entrance to the Park at 4:00 pm. Invite your friends and neighbors to help too!
The City will provide tools and supplies, but if you have a spare rake bring it with you. Please dress for garden work, wear sturdy shoes and bring gloves. The Woman’s Club of Albany will supply water to volunteers while they’re working, and light refreshments and tours of their historic building at 725 Madison Ave for those who would like to join afterward.
